Jacqueline Lee Bouvier Kennedy Onassis was born in New York in 1929. Jackie was a writer, editor, photographer, socialite, First Lady of the US to President John F. Kennedy and regarded as an international fashion icon. The Kennedys had two children. After JFK as assassinated in office, Jackie remarried Aristotle Onassis. “Jackie O” had a career as a book editor in New York City. Kennedy died of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 1994 and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery next to her first husband, John F. Kennedy.
