Shipping Policy

We strive to ship within one to two business days, max, and will always notify Customer if this is expected to vary for any reason. 

Unless specified otherwise when processing Customer order - and solely at our discretion if otherwise - all shipping is via USPS. Most common shipping classes are First Class Package, Priority Mail and Media Mail depending upon weight and product type.

When shipping is charged in the Cart, it is exactly what we are charged. We do not mark up shipping cost.

Free USPS shipping is applied for order values greater than amounts shown below - after any/all discounts: 

• To USA - order value greater than $25.00
• To Canada - order value greater than USD $35.00

Free shipping is not offered to countries other than CAN or USA. However, we are very sensitive to what these export shipping costs are. Therefore when order value - after any/all discounts - shipping to countries other than CAN or USA is greater than USD  $50.00, we will furnish an in-kind product/gift of our choosing at least equal to what our USA shipping cost would have been. We do our best to choose gift consistent with the items ordered. The goal is to provide value other than solely transportation for the shipping cost charged.
